Application of Allied Utility Services, Inc., for Approval of the 1) transfer by sale of the facilities and assets of Chesterdale Waste Treatment Company, Inc., used in provision of public sewer services and the acquisition thereof by Allied, and 2) the right of Allied to offer, render, furnish or supply public sewer services in portions of Willistown Township, Chester County, PA.

       This application may be considered without a hearing. Protests or petitions to intervene can be filed with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Harrisburg, with a copy served on the Applicant on or before January 26, 1998, under 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities).
