State Water Plan Statewide Water Resources Committee Meeting [35 Pa.B. 73] The State Water Plan Statewide Water Resources Committee has scheduled a meeting to discuss the development of the State Water Plan. The meeting will be held on January 20, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. at the Rachel Carson State Office Building, Room 105, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
