Critical Water Planning Area Subcommittee Meeting [35 Pa.B. 72] The Critical Water Planning Area Subcommittee of the State Water Plan Statewide Water Resources Committee has scheduled a meeting to discuss the development of criteria/guidelines for designation of Critical Water Planning Areas. The meeting will be held on January 14, 2005, at 10 a.m. at the Rachel Carson State Office Building, Room 105, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17105.
